LIST41 (List-for-one) started with 4 successful Realtor     friends that never felt quite right about the commissions they received for listing & selling houses. Often, during a lunch or happy-hour conversation, they would refer to their paychecks as "pure-piracy" and they did not feel good about the fees that home-sellers were charged.
